Getting started with the new digital banking experience is easy. We are introducing members to the new platform in waves, and we will notify our digital banking users before the change happens. When your account is transitioned, you will simply log in to digital banking from, just like you always have, using the same username and the same password that you are already using.

What You Should Do Now

To help ensure that you have the smoothest possible transition, we encourage you to make sure you know these three things before your account is switched over:

  1. Your Username: Log in to digital banking today to ensure that this works.

  2. Your Password: We strongly recommend that you do not change your password between now and the time you are able to access the new platform..

  3. Your Member Number: Your member number is displayed near the top of the Accounts Summary page in the current digital banking platform.
