ELIGIBILITY:
First Service Credit Union (“First Service”) is conducting a “Semester Earnings” program. First Service reserves the right to determine eligibility of a participant. To qualify for Semester Earnings, the participant must meet the following criteria:
- Be a member in good standing with First Service.
- Have an active Bongo Youth Account.
- Submit fall semester and/or spring semester grades reflecting no failing scores for the semester in which grades are submitted for Semester Earnings. Failing grades are defined as scores below 60 or an F letter grade.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Semester Sweepstakes Official Rules and the decisions of First Service which are final and binding in all respects.
INELIGIBILITY:
Participants with any failing grades during the applicable semester are ineligible for cash rewards for that semester.
HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Semester Earnings program. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. To enter, a primary or joint account holder must submit the child’s most recent grades using the “Semester Earnings” form available within First Service Digital Banking. Submissions are only accepted during the designated entry periods outlined below.
ENTRY PERIOD:
Entries are accepted during two periods each year:
- January 1 through February 28 (for fall semester grades).
- June 1 through July 31 (for spring semester grades).
SEMESTER EARNINGS PAYMENT:
Cash rewards will be directly into the youth member’s primary share account within one week of submission.
PRIZE:
- Eligible Bongo account holders ages 6–10 years old can earn $5 per semester for passing all subjects, with a maximum of $10 per year.
- Eligible Bongo account holders ages 11–17 years old can earn $10 per semester for passing all subjects, with a maximum of $20 per year.
