Hannah Guidry joined First Service Credit Union in August 2024 as a Mortgage Loan Originator, bringing seven years of experience in the financial services industry. Holding an NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License, Hannah enjoys outdoor activities, reading, country and western swing dancing, and she volunteers at local pregnancy shelters. Her strong family values are deeply rooted in the lessons she learned from her father about finance and business and the guidance her mother and grandmother provided in shaping her character. Hannah is proud of her large family and her sister who serves in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Maria Tsurikova, NMLS #2148296, has worked in the financial services industry for five years. In addition to being a Mortgage Loan Originator, she is also a licensed realtor. Maria is a proud alumnus of University of St. Thomas in Houston where she acquired her Master’s in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, visiting museums, and going to the beach with her daughter and fiancé.

Shellena Blanco, NMLS #653431, started at First Service Credit Union in September 2023. She has worked in the financial industry since 2003 helping homeowners obtain the American dream of homeownership. Whether that be first-time homebuyers, those with expanding families, or those downsizing, Shellena has always wanted to aid those in need for all their life changes. Shellena has an AAS degree from the University of Michigan and has proven to be a top producer and trusted advisor. In her free time, Shellena enjoys serving the Houston community.

Vanessa Ortega, NMLS #514192, has worked in the mortgage industry and with credit unions since 2008. Beyond helping others finance their dream home, she often lends a helping hand in her personal life as well. Vanessa and her family are avid volunteers in the community. She and her family can be found each year serving in the Thanksgiving Super Feast at the George R. Brown. After helping her community, she still has time to raise her 3 sons and care for her many rescued pets.

Juan Renteria, NMLS #670982, has worked in lending since 2003, so he brings a wealth of experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Juan educates members about mortgage, refinance, and home equity loans. He has been a top producer everywhere he’s worked, and is always willing to help members and his teammates. Juan is originally from California and is able to help members in both English and Spanish. He loves spending time with his son and two rescue dogs named Tobi and Max.
