Luis started with First Service in 2017 and has a decade of experience working at credit unions. He also has a degree in Business Management. Luis enjoys playing keyboard, participating in church activities, and attending community events with his family, including his wife and kids.

Jessica began her career at First Service in 2019 as a teller, and now she serves as the assistant branch manager at Gulf Freeway. Her biggest achievement was winning the 212° Award, which is awarded to employees who go above and beyond for members. Jessica loves making members happy and helping them with all their financial needs. In her free time, Jessica enjoys camping, fishing, and any outdoor activity. She also enjoys watching horror movies.  

Juan Renteria, NMLS #670982, has worked in lending since 2003, so he brings a wealth of experience to the First Service Mortgage Department. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Juan educates members about mortgage, refinance, and home equity loans. He has been a top producer everywhere he’s worked, and is always willing to help members and his teammates. Juan is originally from California and is able to help members in both English and Spanish. He loves spending time with his son and two rescue dogs named Tobi and Max.

Rafael has worked in the financial services industry since moving to Houston in 2007. His career extends over 30 years and has included management positions in areas such as wholesale, non-profits and government. As a Financial Advisor, he focuses on each client’s unique goals and circumstances, and provides the resources needed to make informed decisions. Rafael earned his bachelor’s degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology, holds his series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations, and is fluent in Spanish.
